Pradorey Origen 2023 is a lightly aged red wine made from 97% Tempranillo, 2% Albillo Mayor and 1% Merlot. Spontaneously fermented in stainless steel tanks and with malolactic fermentation for 20 days, it combines mixed aging: 10% in clay jars, 55% in American and European oak barrels, and 35% in tanks. Purple-red in color, it offers aromas of red and black fruits and balsamic notes, with a balanced, oily and spicy mouthfeel. Ideal for sausages, mushrooms, pizzas and soft cheeses, it stands out for its freshness and aromatic character.
