History
The company has its origins in the coastal neighborhood of El Cabanyal in Valencia, beginning its activity in 1940 with Jaume Benedito and Amparo Martí. The company subsequently grew with the incorporation of the second and third generations of the family, modernizing its facilities and processes in the 1990s. Since 1998, it has operated in modern facilities with the capacity to serve the entire peninsula and the European Union, maintaining the family tradition and adapting to current industry standards.
Product types
It offers a wide range of fish products, including salted fish (such as tuna, roe, cod, salted sardines, and mackerel), smoked fish (smoked sardine loins, among others), semi-preserved fish (anchovy sardine loins, marinated anchovies), and frozen fish (blue whiting, sardines, bonito, anchovies, herring, mackerel, horse mackerel, shrimp, and catfish fillets).
