History
NATURSER SCE was founded in December 2010 as a special marketing cooperative, formed by five companies from the La Serena region and the Sierra Norte of Seville. Its origins responded to the need to add value to livestock farms and ensure milk sales, especially following the decline in the value of wool and the depreciation of lamb prices in the 1990s. The cooperative unifies production and quality criteria and markets products made in the members' own factories, ensuring the continuity of the cheesemaking tradition and the sustainability of livestock farms.
Product types
The company offers a wide range of artisanal sheep and goat cheeses, both with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) and its own production. These include Torta del Zújar "Cremositos," Queso de la Serena PDO, Charco Hondo cured cheese, and goat cheeses such as Esprimijo Cabra Sudao. It also produces gourmet cream cheeses (with truffle, paprika, and ham), extra virgin olive oils, and lamb cheese. "Cremositos del Zújar" cheese is one of its most recognized and award-winning products nationally and internationally.
